Obsession and madness induced from the working in a Volcom store and the wearing of Volcom merchandising. Behavior includes yelling at strangers wearing Volcom paraphernalia, having an entire wardrobe of their clothes and dreaming about working there again.

It's all hype, designed so that people will get hooked from the start, then watch til the Final Four and the final winner.
