The act of collecting all the broken useless garbage around your house and returning it to Walmart for gift cards.

My baby daddy got locked up and now we ain't got no food. I'm a take back all these half used paint cans and cleaning supplies i don't use and get me some Walmart Welfare.

Welfare queen

A female who is constantly on welfare mainly because she is lazy. She certainly has the ability to get a job, but she doesn't because she's lazy. She will make up excuses to justify her horrid behavior, but none cuts it.

Aside from that check she loves so much, it is also likely she is also getting alimony from her children's various fathers, child support payments which she never actually use on her kids, and there's a high chance she might be leeching off of some boyfriend who is idiotic enough to go with her.

The government could easily not waste taxpayers money by not giving her anything to begin with, but she will undoubtedly sue and claim sexual harassment. This is, of course, what she will say to the very end, even in front of a mirror where she knows she's lying the best.

2. A charity created by rich democrats so that they don't have to feel so bad about being rich.
3. A free ride for people who realize government cheese is preferable to gainful employment.

I feel so bad that I am a filthy rich democrat with lots of tax shelters, so I will vote to give more money to people who dont work. Of course, I will have the middle class working man pay for it.

welfare cadillac

Ironic reference to a cheap and/or beat-up banger of a car. Originated in response to Ronald Reagan's exaggeration of a Chicago welfare fraud case in which $8,000 was received. Reagan reported the amount as $150,000 dollars, possibly conflating it with the case of Dorothy Woods and her 38 pretended children, and said the woman owned a Cadillac.

Yep, this old banger's my Welfare Cadillac. Who knew they still had an Edsel in stock?
