Typically used to describe someone who screws up alot in a video game, or is generally just bad.

Player 1: That large group is on low health, finish them off.
Player 2: Bruh! I missed all of my shotgun shells!
Player 1: SHITTER ALERT! SHITTER ALERT
Player 3 and 4, who were silent for an hour: SHITTER ALERT!

Used in numerous cases where the only reasonable response can be a bruh alert. Bruh moment substitute for when its a real bruh situation.

When a friend, or friendly acquaintance or former employee goes missing and needs to be found but it's no big deal because he or she often goes missing.

I put out a Jordan Alert on Facebook, I hope he sees it on his friends feeds and brings me the twenty bucks he owes me.
