Ghosted

When your Windows 10 mixed reality software is installed in your skull without visible hardware, and illusions of people start appearing all around you like translucent ghosts. Usually, they make you see a psychiatrist after, and send you to a mental hospital.

1: I just saw that Twitch streamer I'm following take a shit on my bathroom floor. I'm getting ghosted hard.

Ghosted

When someone expresses a desire to do something with you or be with you, but when the time comes they have suddenly "disappeared" and there is no word as to why or where they went. Ghosting can be a short-term or lon-term occurrence.

Short term like "We were supposed to go to the rave together but you ghosted me and I had to go alone, you jerk." Or it can be long-term like "We met on tinder, had a couple awesome dates, but then they ghosted me. Their phone number doesn't work anymore and all the emails I send come back with NDRs. It's like they just fell off the face of the planet."
