A type of control surface on aircraft, similar to the aileron, but mostly used on Mongooses from Halo.

The airplane can bank because of its ailerons, but Mongeese can't because they have failerons.

Olympic Failure

When taking a dump the force of your shit causes water to splash up and hit your butt cheeks. Just as in the Olympics a divers splash is considered a failure.
