A clothing retailer that was founded in 1892 by David T. Abercrombie and Ezra Fitch. It was originally founded as a sporting goods company. It was also the first American company to sell the game Mahjong (what a great game! :D)

If you're hot and skinny, you shop there; even though you know it's overpriced. It's a step below designer clothing , so even though the prices are high, they're not as expensive as Bebe or Tru Religion. Designer look for cheaper. The people who hate Abercrombie are the ones who can't fit into it.
