Get the Soul Trainmug. A collaborative training event model which originated from a Family Law Pathways Network. Now implemented Australia wide.
The training is based on realistic case study of a separating family.
Trainees are Front Line workers in the Family Law System.
A wide range of organisations that provide services to families present information in an expo style to address the needs of the case study family.
Trainees are faciliated through an experiental, interactive learning experience in small, multi-disciplinary groups.
At the event relationships are built across services and the outcome is better referrals for separating families.
Some Networks also run Mini-Mega Days, a scaled down version of the idea.

Get the Trainmug. Or "He's on medication"... what it really means is that he's an a**h**e, but we don't want to admit it.
I always disgustedly roll my eyes when someone tried to play down someone's destructive/abrasive behavior by saying, "He needs more training", when I know very well that the person in question is simply a no-good jerk, and so no amount of "training" or "counselling" in gonna help him... if he's evil or selfish by nature, there's nothing that others can do to "reform" him; he himself has to WANT to change his ways before any positive progress can be made.
