Also known as Green Day Fix, originated when me and Rory realised we couldn't get enough of the American Idiot's albumn and were becoming addicted. Therfore everyday we need our Green Day fix to keep us alive and semi on the ball. The day has not begun until I have my Green Day hit.

Typical black people dance move that has spread over the last few years.

It involves a person that makes a combination of dance moves and then ending them abruptly by raising one of their hands and one of their legs and imitating throwing a punch down at something. Sometimes both hands are used.
