The Shitopian is someone who is on meth or heroin and enjoys the act of pooping as in defecating and using the product shit or ektoplasim to smear all over their bodies 2 use as a sexual lubricant and as they do so they also consume it , eating it like cupcakes and licking it off of each others body. The most sought after Shitopian Sexual Favored act is the maneuver called the Kolossal Kevin D. A Kolossal Kevin usually consists of 7 guys standing over one guy on the floor and all seven guys takes a turn taking a Kolossal krap on the dude and on the floor right in his mouth. And the guy on the floor thinks he's in heaven and he eats all the Kolossal kraps which send him right in to De heavens / his own type of heaven. Hints that give a Shitopian away are they try to brush their teeth a lot with multiple toothbrushes , they cannot look normal people in the eyes and they eat a lot of food to make a lot of feces so they can have Kolossal Kevin's everyday. And beware all their clothes and belongings will have shitstains on them them
