My Chemical Romance

MCR are amazing. They started off in 2001 when Their lead man Gerard Way was suffering from severe depression. The band members say that to begin with the music was their therapy, then it grew to be other peoples there pay and eventually Gerard said that it was becoming to be for suicide prevention. People say that they encourage self harm but this is fucking bullshit. At almost every one of their shows, they talk about not self harming, not committing suicide and talking to someone if you or anyone you know are depressed. MCR saved my life and I expect many other people's lives. The band split in 2013 when Gerard said that "it was no ones fault" it was just time for them to end. When they split, they said they wanted to be remembered as a band who made an impacts on people's lives, and they sure as hell did. THANK YOU MY CHEMICAL ROMANCW

my chemical romance

A band from New Jersey, usually bashed for being popular among "emo" kids. Their guitar work gets repetitive and boring, but the lyrics aren't so bad. They're a terrific band live actually. Most refer to them as MCR.

Guy #1: I saw My Chemical Romance last weekend.

Guy #2: omgzzzz they're liek sooo 3moooo.

Guy #1: Actually, when you look past that they're not all that bad.
