Hoodles Device

Formal and more reverent version of "Hoodles"

A homemade drug abuse device, made from whatever's at hand at the moment, laying around the house. (i.e. soda cans, 2 liter bottles, tin foil, duct tape, safety pins, etc.)

They had no bowl or papers around, so they assembled a Hoodles Device out of an empty 2-liter bottle, aluminum foil, and a bucket, to smoke that Shwag.

Georgie hooleg

A name for somebody so gay, old men will cross the road to resist clashing. Often sounds like a man, and their fingers look like wotsits, however gay the Georgie Hooleg is they are amazing, and they eat for england but never get fat. Oh and they suffer from lws - Little Woman Syndrome.

Hooplehead

Hooplehead" referred to the people that made the hoops that went around wooden barrels. The job took little skill and not much brains..... thus "hooplehead" meant an unskilled laborer

You: "Don't u have a hooplehead to clean up all this poop? "

Not tight; completely lacking any gangster qualities; one who does not charge it to the game. i.e. turtleneck, fanny pack, etc.
