And in the even merit, it the lack there of, was the reason for not hiring a white, or a white not being accepted into a university, then they complain and say it was because of their white race was used against them. When a merit based system refused the matriculation of a white woman who was not smart enough to get in, she sued and said she was not admitted because of her race and actually won. White folks even tricked some Asian Americans into sueing to end race based college admissions, which came back to hurt them, too.

The Head of the FAA is a DEI hire and should be replaced. (Note; the head has decades of experience, degrees, was confirmed by both parties unanimously, and just happens to be a woman of African American decent. Her replacement is white, doesn't have a PhD, has 3 months experience, was previously not confirmed by the sanate because of a lack of experience and does not have the necessary skill sets for the position, but is white and male.)
