The act of becoming bored while revising dull content for an impending exam, giving up, and just having a wank.
This phenomenon may occur multiple times in one given revision day. Doesn't apply to females, except American females.

Tim; "Phill, hows the revision going? You'v been in your room ages"
Phill; "Not well, just been procrasturbating really"
Tim; "yeah me too, my desk is a mess"
