I Wish those ladies would just wave back instead of acting like a patio possum.

A typically homeless person often found scurrying around at night, often with a shopping cart. They can be seen darting across the street at night, usually in dark clothing, and may hiss when spoken to. They have been reported to "play dead" behind dumpsters and gas stations during the day.
