The branch of knowledge concerned with the production, consumption, and transfer of pitchers of alcoholic beverages; typically but not limited to beer, margaritas, cocktails and other assorted drinks. Further, practitioners of pitchernomics seek to discern the rationale and sustainability of selling pitchers for prices that dramatically undercut smaller individual beverage prices. This discernment is key to understanding if a pitcher pantsbeer is plausible in any given moment.
