Sonny Forelli is a video game character in Grand Theft Auto : Vice City.He is the head of the Forelli crime family and Tommy Vercetti's old friend.Tommy used to work for Sonny in Liberty City but after assassinating 11 mobsters,he was arrested and was released later on.After learning that Tommy was released,Sonny Forelli sent him and Ken Rosenberg for a deal taking place in Vice Port,resulting in a failed ambush.

Man : Tommy...some mob thugs...said they'd come to take their cut...said it was Mr Forelli's money.

Rainbow formal is a dress code similar to black tie, where the attendees to the event (normally a ball or awards ceremony) are required to not wear the usual white shirt, with black tie, jacket and trousers and instead dress like a idiot in their stupid coloured jackets and shirts, while still trying to stop people turning up in jeans and a t shirt, or anything that doesn't look stupid.
