Somebody who is obsessed with trains, may or may not work for the railroad. But they love trains so much they foam up in the mouth staring at trains, and jerk off with the foam.
Foamers: oh, you work for the railroad? I would have but didn’t send in a application, but I know everything about trains. I have a 64 track full model train set up through my house, I even sit on my lawn chair and stair at trains going by.

Normal railroad worker: wtf?
