a smoking partner. one who is typically used to smoke marijuana with. usually tends to entertain his/her friend, enjoys to get trippy, has a wide collection of interesting melodies to listen to, likes to philosophize on human phenonmenon, and/or unanswered mysteries. this person is readily available and never demands much of one's time. one who is likeably chill.
