landlord's contract

A written contract that is supposed to make a transaction look above board and official, and to suggest that the buyer has a degree of comeback, but which the party offering the document can ignore at will. As they say, it's not worth the paper it's printed on.

Dickie O'Kelly presented his tenants with the landlord's contract in connection with the quality of their accommodation, and then disappeared to South Africa with their money.

Transformer from Hasbro's mid-eighties toy line and coresponding television series.
The six members of the constructions are:
Hook, Scrapper, Long Haul, Bonecrusher, Mixmaster, and Scavenger.

Constructive Shiticism

When you provide valid opinions for another individual with the means of helping that individual BUT in a direct, 'I don't give a shit about what you think' tone. The purpose of this direct tonality is to not beat around the bush and inform that individual of how it just is.

Friend: I want to talk to this girl in my class but I'm too scared!

Me: Grab your balls, stop bitching, and just do it.

Friend: Well....thanks for the constructive shiticism.
