Schlop

A new age dance move, most commonly characterized with autismic movements. To perform this dance, you grab your left leg and pull it behind you like you are stretching your quad. While still holding your left leg in a quad stretch position, you jump twice on your right leg and then give your right knee a good, hearty smack.
