Those with the aforementioned condition are well known to block doorways and small corridors while walking slowly and speaking loudly. Curiously enough, the affects of racial slowdown on blacks does not transfer to running, in fact, the exact opposite occurs during this exercise. There is no known cure for racial slowdown but the best thing to do is to generally avoid those suffering from the condition.
Marvin suffers greatly from racial slowdown, and very sadly, the condition causes him to block corridors so no one can get through.
