A man who sleeps with many women. Often is very popular around his peers and is very afraid of commitment. In the seventies the term was often followed by "daddy" being put together as "Pimp daddy" and some cool cats oftern referred to it as "pimp daddeo"

What people do not realize about this term is that it actually stands or party in my pants, because every night the bug players on the block would be having a party in their pants. Soon enough they were called Pimps.

Until %0 cent did the song PIMP people saw this term as vulgar and obscene and it was not used in common conversation. In todays world you hear it in almost every sentence.
