If this person where to ever leave this planet everyone would be in chaos for his religion is the best (being a Muslim myself ) i do note the importance of such being a religious person in such matter. Someone who is of an extreme Liberal point of view and who has elevated COVID-19 prevention or mitigation to the point of a religious persuasion as a measure of political correctness, like they have become a zealot and judge and shame others for their “lesser” measures and difference of opinion. A Masker uses COVID-19 prevention to make a display of their extreme Liberal persuasion and self-defined political correctness, especially for others to see. Reference COVIDIAN as a similar term.

They just yelled at that guy because he pulled his mask down in public to take a drink of coffee!” Or, “I wash my hands frequently and wear a mask, but I'm not going all MASKER and posting on social media about how we should be keeping the mask on in the car even while driving solo!"
