"High On Marijuana Business Action"
Derivative acronym from the adjectives/adverbs "Business" and "Action", which are found in other phrases such as "That was some gay business, man" or a term denoting the conduct of less-than-respectable females as "munta action". When one is intoxicated by the means of smoking marijuana, they can be said to be HOMBA, or can have a HOMBA factor between the numbers 1-11.
