A female Groupie, Tourist, Hoochie. These women come to your town for music festivals with all hopes of going home with any man that claims he has an "in" with the band.

Groutochies are at music festivals such as the CMA (Country Music) festival in Nashville, TN women crowd the town in very short mini skirts, cowboy hats and cowboy boots. They look like club hoochies hit in the face by a rodeo.
