-The term references two character's from popular tv show Scrubs; J.D. and Dr. Cox

Gwyn: alrite mate, i think you owe me a few pound from earlier
will: ah you speak the truth. i'm off to the bar to get myself a drink now, want a john dorian and cox as collateral?
Gwyn: sounds fair

Derisian Worshipers

A cult in the United Kingdom and the United States that was founded in 1993 by James Everson aka Derisia the Magma Prince. They worship Derisia and make pilgrimages to Iceland to visit Hekla volcano where Derisia originated from. Derisia allegedly rose from the magma and defeated the Ice Folkers, then began preaching his religion across the world. They attempted a coup in Iceland in 2017 using only gems that they believed instilled Derisia's wrath upon any who would resist him. They also began an unaccompanied expedition across the Sahara Desert in 2003 but were forced to turn back once they ran out of food.

I can't believe that the Derisian worshipers know the only way to Magma Heaven.
