Chi means a variety of things in different languages as stated here. In Jamaican it's basically the equivelant to the american term gay (can be used when not reffering to homosexuals, just in a derrogitory way). In spanish it reffers to breasts/tits, in this way it's used commonly among blacks and mexicans. In japanese, it's short for daddy (Chihayo).

Chi Pi Sigma 

Chi Pi Sigma is the coeducational professional criminal justice fraternity at the acclaimed San Jose State University in beautiful San Jose, California. Established on October 14th, 1935.

Student members are individuals, of varying majors, with career goals in the criminal justice system such as: law, law enforcement, probation and corrections. The primary objectives of the Fraternity are to assist members with occupational preparedness, career selection, career acquisition and to provide a fertile environment for academic study. Chi Pi Sigma also supports and promotes the Administration of Justice Department, strives to improve the campus environment and makes positive contributions to the local community.

Chi Route 

You can rock it solo or take a group of people usually in one car. You drive to downtown chicago and spark your blunt or light your bowl only when your on the highway and once everyone is sufficiently torched continue to drive around downtown chicago and take in the sights and culture. Works best at night with high grade cannabis. Also reffered to as a chizzy or routing it in the big windy.

Note: Driving around chicago when not smoking and just going down there to waste gas and sound cool is NOT and i repeat is NOT a Chi route. thats just being gay.
