A spoken or written request for someone's presence or participation that is intentionally lacking cardinal information such as the time and or location of the event and may even at times point to the wrong destination. Similar to invitation however its purpose is to rope in and misguide a stopa.

We're all going to Crocodile Bar in Buffalo so give Jeff a stopatation to meet us at the Brickyard in Lewiston.

When a man tries to use the restroom, such as in a urinal, and another man walks in and begins speaking, breaking Male Bathroom Etiquette. The first man's stream then begins to stop flowing, and begin, as the second man starts and stops talking.
