full circle stranger

The act of sitting on your hand (see stranger) and jacking someone else off with it. Normally done in a large group or circle where everyone jacks the person to the right of them off. Its not considered gay because you cannot feel your hand.

Bill, Brad, and JT came over and we had a full circle stranger going on.

3. A roommate/friend that charges you full price for drinks that you didn't ask for at a local establishment, namely Bennigan's.
