Anyone who looks either so appealing or so appalling that your eyes can't help but look at them more than you should. Staring should be done as discretely as possible unless you really feel like coming off as creepy to anyone who sees you.

A: It was kinda creepy that you wouldn't stop looking at her.
B: I couldn't help looking that eye magnet, she was soooo gorgeous!

Dat eye is a wonderful dog. She has amazing eyes and can control her surroundings with it. Most likely to be found lurking in a dark room or peeking around a corner. Her eye will change your life forever. She will watch you from a distance and if you get too close she will take off and run somewhere probably dark.

eye spasm

when a person gets way too involved or addicted to facebook chat or any other form of instant messaging and use the winking face, ;) , but start to actually do the action when you send the message. this means when you send a winking face, ;) , on chat you automatically start to uncontrollably wink!
