Head. The upper part of the body in humans, joined to the trunk by the neck, containing the brain, eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.

Refers to the weight of said part of body. Generally used in reference to the head when owner is having a hard time (physically) controlling it.

She looks kind of wasted, she is having a hard time holding up her 12-pounds.

Did you see him slam his 12 pounds into the pavement!?
