Normally when someone makes an embarrassing and surprising statement that demands emotional reassurance from another person.

Person 1) I realised I was gay when I wished Jesus didn't exist.

A short period of time when a bride is thinking about, or planning her wedding and she becomes so overwhelmed with emotion that she cries.

When wearing the perfect wedding gown after trying dozens on, the woman cried and said, "I'm sorry, I'm just having a bridal moment."

Miers moment 

A "Miers moment" is when one wants to or is high from the substance marijuana or when one expresses his feelings toward their friends in an emotional way.

Mitchell was feeling rather emotional on Thanksgiving so he sent his friends a 4 page text message describing his feeling for them hence he had a "miers moment"

Kramer Moment 

Someone who is "not a racist" suddenly going on a racist tirade in the presence of an individual or individuals who are of the ethnic background that the racist tirade is directed toward. Such an occurence was first discovered when Michael Richards (aka Kramer from Seinfeld) went on a racist tirade during a stand-up in which he verbally attacked a group of porch-monkeys that had been heckling him. Hence the name "Kramer Moment."

After Oswald soundly defeated his white friend, Irving, in a game of backgammon, Irving had a Kramer Moment in which he reffered to his black friend, Oswald, as "stupid nigger". Oswald immediately responded by pulling out a gat and busting a cap in Irving's scrawny white ass.
