shpooga 

n. 1) a tacky word used to avoid further elaboration on a boring subject as it causes the second party major headache while trying to figure out what it means. 2) a meaningless word used in place of another word whose existence or meaning can't be recalled by the user.

Shpooky 

When your flipping through the channels and you see an old man on Ghost Hunters saying, "Thats shpooky." And then when anything from something weird, funny, strange, scary happens you say, "Thats shpooky!"

Or, when your friend does something stupid or strange you call them shpooky.

PLUS, its fricken fun to say. Way better than normal old, "spooky"

Shoop da Woop is said whenever something awesome happens as a way to condone that what was done is awesome. It can also be used as a magic word to transform. These two can often be confused, so definition one shouldn't be used by someone who commonly uses definition two.
