MegCon is a pun that combines term metcon (short for "metabolic conditioning" and commonly used in the Crossfit community) with the name Megan. It refers to any metcon that Megan enjoys doing because it has the movements she likes. This includes toes to bar, handstand pushups, pistols, overhead squats, burpees, and lighter barbell movements. Any workout that includes deadlifts, longer distance runs, rope climbs, or heavy snatches is not a MegCon.

Using Megonkalo is a lot like a power up that can be used in short bursts, it grans the user Speed,Strength and Intelligence.
U can tell if a noble Georgian/Qartvelian is using the benefits of Megonkalo if he/she starts acting unusual and their voice changes.
Megonkalo's tend to act like kids, they are very nice and hyper active. But they can get EXTREMELY aggressive towards weebs/otakus, "depressed" teenagers and Russian cs:go players, or any other low intellect beings.
Megonkalos are very good at Minecraft.
