Something that has happened that is mildly unfortunate; a slight darn.

Used as a substitute for darn in mild situations.

Person 1: hey you wanna go to a party tonight?
Person 2: nah i got work
Person 1: Flam

Also can be used as a derogatory term.

Tom is flam. He said he was going to pick us up an go to the party.

Your flam. Meaning there a bi**h or other derogatory terms.
