The usually imaginary network of undercover cops, FBI agents, and DEA agents that that follow a paranoid drug dealer around, much like the paparazzi stalks celebrities.

"Dude, we've been waiting on you for five hours now. You said you were on your way."

"Dude, you are being paranoid. No one is following you."
