Any tanned person with a large cluster of white epidermal spots. This usually occurs when one has bleach splatter on their skin and doesn't wash it off or when sunblock splatters on their skin while out in the sun.

I splattered sunblock all over Jeff while we were at the beach and he developed chalkpox.
