People in power have the obligation to be trusted by the Public. A citizen of the public, is said to be Trust worthy if they agree to all the concepts of the ideology of Public Trust as set forth in the Code of Honor.

1) Out of Trust refers to the illegal sale of a car (collateral) that has been paid for with a loan and then not using the sale proceeds to pay back the lender aka Conversion.
