To quote from a fellow Urban Dictionary article, a smark is "A sports entertainment wrestling fan who claims to know all of what sports entertainment wrestling is about, and says that they still like it. "
Usually the term will be used when a person who the smarks don't want to win (i.e Jason Jordan, Roman Reigns, John Cena, etc.) get their way as a result of WWE booking, thus the smark waterworks start flowing.
