Skittling

A vulgar recreational activity, somewhat similar to the game of washers, wherein a person throws Skittles up in the air or across a room, one at a time, with the goal of landing a Skittle in a person's anus. This can involve two people, or a single person playing by themselves, which is more properly known as auto-Skittling. This activity is typically enjoyed by politicians who have a job to do, but do not show up to do it, in favor of Skittling in their office or the office of a colleague.

Question: Where was Rep. Smith? He was supposed to ask questions about that bill.
Answer: He was in his office Skittling.
