friendpetitor 

its a friend who works for a competitor or your always in compeition with.

Ive known them since highschool but theyre always harrassing me that they are better then me because they work for the competitor. I guess were friendpetitors.
Or, every time I say something you have to one up me, I guess your a friendpetitor.
