never thanks

‘never thanks’ has a similar meaning to ‘no thanks’, it differs in the way that it is a permanent refusal of something or someone offered. Often used as a sarcastic response to something unwanted.

Do you want a gin and tonic? Never thanks mate it’s rank...
Or
Susan really likes you mate, will you go on a date with her?
Never thanks to that mate...

Monkey Things Up

In American English "Monkey" is used for silliness, and is certainly the most common connotation, association with a monkey can also mean foolishness, aggravation, environmental terrorism, and cold.

To "Monkey Things Up" is to make a mess of something that is orderly. Similar to "Money Business"

I Think It's A Sin

A phrase common in the south and/or bible belt region of the US. Typically means that an action or attitude is negative or not a very healthy state of mind/body that isn't actually condemned in the bible (nor endorsed by it either).

Billy Joe: "Man y'all know I cant come visit you in Mississippi, I've got work all week"

Bobby Sue: "All y'all working is gonna put you in the grave and all your free time is spent at home and I think it's a sin"
