L-32K is a device created by the group Los Malones. The function of the device allows to destroy any technology in a radius of five meters. The C.I.A. and the F.B.I only found one of these devices after the failed theft of Roblox National Bank in 2016.

L, aka Lawliet/Ryuzaki/Hideki Ryuga. Yes a lot of names, L is from the anime/manga/Netflix movie/Death Note 1 and 2. He spends most of his time, maybe even all of it, finding out who Kira (Light Yagami), is.
