Waifunatic (n.) - A person who is completely obsessed with Waifus, or fictional female characters, to the point of being considered eccentric or even creepy. A Waifunatic will often collect a large amount of merchandise related to their favorite Waifus, such as body pillows, figurines, and posters. They may also spend significant time browsing online forums or fan fiction sites, discussing their favourite Waifus with other like-minded individuals. While some may find their obsession strange, a true Waifunatic sees nothing wrong with their love for their favorite fictional characters.

waif

Sometimes referred to as "femcel" or as having femcel vibes, the typical waif is underweight, sexually frustrated, and typically believes they deserve to be seen as attractive. It is a subculture of the coquette aesthetic but with an emphasis on self destruction, an unhealthy BMI, craving desirability, and egocentrism. The ED community, especially on Tumblr, makes up a large part of waif culture.
