Hammer

Hammers are a working tool which is round or angular.
Hammers can be used for many things usually knocking things into other things or destroying something.
There are various hammers some used in war (War hammer, etc.) or for work (Sledge hammer, Claw hammer, etc.)

A Hammer is also used in Firearms it is used to strike the percussion/primer to ignite a propellant,
hence why it is sometimes used as slang for "Firearm".

(Common) Construction worker: Can you pass me that Claw Hammer ? I need it to drive in a Nail into this beam.
