A person whom smokes crystal methamphetamine using a glass pipe.
When a person smokes meth from a glass pipe with a ball at the end, they place the meth in the ball end of the pipe, they then proceed to light it enough until its hot enough all whilst rotating the pipe to be able to take a puff.
