This term is taken from the Steven Universe character of the same name who is supposed to be a Sapphire, a future predictor, yet her predictions are always late.

Chasers, admirers, and others who snap many photos of the A-List bears during circuit bear events and parties, e.g. Provincetown Bear Week, Texas Bear Roundup, and Bearracuda, and then publish them on social media to increase their own standing in the community.

"Oh god, he tagged every porn star and go-go dancer in all 500 photos he posted to Instagram at Sitges Bear Week. He's such a rampant pawparazzi."
