While the term "finna" is traditionally associated with less proper English, it ought to, in the opinion of this writer, see expanded use in more professional settings (see below).
"Your Honor, my client does not wish to answer any questions at this time. She finna plead the fifth amendment."

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I finna faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States..."

Despite all the other explanations here I am very sure this popped up when phone autocorrection became a thing on smartphones. For some reason in the beginning the autocorrection on many phones made "finna" out of "gonna".

So this probably came from "I'm gonna kick his behind!" which false was autocorrected to "I'm finna kick his behind!"
Keep in mind that this is informal and not used by many people on the planet in real life. Except Snoop Dogg, but come on: It's Snoop.
To use it just change the word "gonna" to "finna".
"I'm gonna buy a new car." -> "I'm finna buy a new car."
