Blacchails is way to exclaim someone whom skips school on half days, records videos of anything and everything, has a strong affection for a any person who names begins with the letter D and ends in the letter L with the first initial last name with a M whom attends a school with the slang of the "east", also someone who cant seem to get attached to a friend whos initials are TTT which she obviously should be attracted to, who is failing most of her classes and who is a basic white girl who masturbates and trys to be black so hard and proclaims she will stop skipping school which is a lie.
