Sure, I enjoy eating barbeque, but I am no barbequephile like Jim. Just ask his wife, he will stop at any barbeque restaurant, run down shack or rib joint he passes on the road.

Barbechew

A meat dish either cooked on a grill or a smoker that looks delicious but when you actually start eating it is extremely chewy. It tastes fine but can't actually be consumed due to its chewy consistency.

That barbecue restaurant smelled delicious but they're really serving up barbechew.
